Went up the Gros Ventures last weekend and sampled some of the new trail improvements up the Horsetail singletrack that we put in last month. It's awesome!

You Know It
Teddy and the Party Barge are back in the valley. Good to have two good buds back and hang with them. Scored a float last evening on the Snake.

The Fourth, The Rest Of The Story
Before tubing, there was a lake day on Jackson Lake and a moto ride on Munger Mtn. The Fourth was a day filled with a lot of fun!
Jim and Emily. Jimmie is easily the most patriotic friend I have, so, spending the our nations birthday with him was a given!
Jimmie, sans rope, surfing on Jackson Lake with Mt. Moran in the background.
Yep, rolling like that. Did I mention Jim is the most patriotic buddy I have?
Getting ready to head out for the day from Leeks Marina.
I started the day off with a sunrise solo moto mission up Munger Mtn. The moto trails in the Jackson valley are only open for two months of the year to allow for the elk calving season, so, when they are open, you have to hit em hard.
Toward the top of Munger looking south down toward the Star Valley.

Floating the Fourth
An evening tube down Flat Creek was in store on the 4th and we did it in style with our friend Hannah....
She is obviously a dare-devil going down the rapids head-first!
And this was her fate, a popped tube and a blown-out flip flop!
She had to walk home.
And we floated on,
As the sun was going down,
And it was awesome. Happy summer everyone!

Just a couple more.....
from the good times down at Bear Lake. BTW, we didn't see nor have we ever any bears wandering about.
Brandi and Captain Kipper.
Chels got this butterfly to cooperate just long enough to snap this cool photo.
Nice end to a badass day.

Bear Lake Never Disappoints
Our buds Curt, Shannon, and Matt live down in Salt Lake City and we try to hang with them as much as possible given the geographical distance between us. Luckily, Bear Lake happens to sit right smack between both of us!
Curt, letting one launch at the Bear Lake Country Club!
The moto gang consulting the map and hanging in the shade. It was close to 90 degrees even up at 9,000 ft.
Moto freaking rules.
Shannon doing what she does best.......charging.
Meanwhile, back at the lake, Chels, coming into camp just as the sun was setting.
I always feel like I am in Baja down at Bear Lake. Love it.
Getting ready to ride away from camp awesome to the golf course.
Rex, me, and Shannon. Why not ride dirtbikes around the lake to the course?
Shannon and Bear Lake.
