Today

was such a beautiful amazing fall day in the valley!

Before the mountains turned white.

We have been in the precip pipeline for a week straight now.  It started off as rain, and ended the last few days with our first major snow.  People have been getting out sledding and skiing, the pass was closed, etc.  I guess I am ready for it, but the fact that it is supposed to get back to 60 for the weekend doesnt really bother me any.

My biking partner in crime, always ready for an adventure.  We have been getting out everyday no matter how gnarly the conditions!

One bad muthah ski hill if I dont say so myself.

Paul and Steve had a lot of bonding time.

Visit from Pops

Paul T came to town and stayed with us the last handful of days.  Awesome having him around.

Riding last weekend up in GTNP.

Empty paths and national parks are a sweet, sweet thang.....

Paul had a good ol fashioned double flat, which is never all that cool.  Both of his tubes had preexisting  holes in them, which ended his ride in a hurry.

 Picnic and tube assessment.

The calm before the what has turned into a 5 day plus storm.

Work wanderings

Work has been taking me down to the front range and will
for a bunch of months to come.  It has been great getting down there to see kids I work  with and fam too.

My cousin Linsley's husband Jeff and I took a kick ass ride from Golden, over to Morrison and back via Evergreen and Lookout mountain road.

Jeff descending back down to Golden.

 Chasing the setting sun.

Me and Jeff.  Good times bud!

Mandatory stop off at Red ROcks.

Over 80's degrees post work late September jaunt.  Perfection.

Dynamic

Fall weather has been damn entertaining lately......

Sweet double rainbow on the bike ride home from work the other night.

And a sweet sunrise on the way out of town on a work trip last week.

Taking a picture of people taking pictures.  Wonder what Ansel Adams would think of this point he made so famous many years ago now?

Much love for this amazing valley.

Sun and upward....

Hiking from our place never gets old.

 Overlooking the valley.

A little uneven ground for the Dashman to be cruising on.

One of our favorite places in the valley.
