So goooooood.

I feel like the crew skied harder this year than much of any of the years in the past.  Right after the races finished we b-lined to the lifts and went hard at it until last chair.  Big posse skiing really fast.  Super fun.
Emily and Chels being awesome.

 I love skiing!

Celebrating 31 weeks skiing with good buds.

Des, representing the 307 in a strong kind of way.

You see it all at the Beav.  World Cup racers loading a chair ahead of I don't really know what?  Ski boots with skis on the bottom?  Modern era Bigfoots?

Yea, the rumors are true.  Skiing at Beaver Creek involves escalators.

The Beav does it again.

Has it really been a decade of going to Colorado early every December to go and root on Marco and the rest of the USST boys at the Birds of Prey in Beaver Creek?  Yep.  A lot has changed in those ten year, but a lot has stayed the same.  Great friends and family, World Cup ski racing, and a ton of tun.

Perhaps my favorite picture of the weekend, Chels, ripping a groomer arc at the end of the day heading back to the Beaver Creek village.  Chels wasn't sure if she wanted to ski or not this year, but ultimately decided she was as comfortable skiing as she is walking.  So, she and the lil' one made a whole bunch of badass turns.

 The Beavfest originators.

Many of the old school beav fest posse and a few rookies to boot.  Always such an amazing gathering of our buds.

Chels and Rena at the finish.

Caleb and his ol man, Keelan.  We were so pumped to finally get to meet Caleb.  He was the raddest!

A ubiquitous sight at the Beav.....Chels getting interviewed by TV channels.

Until the spring....

Hard to believe the next time we are putting our feet in the sand in Carpinteria we will be parents!  Can't wait for many years of going down there to hang with our lil one, teaching it to love the place just as much as we do.

Last sunset.

Chels did a family yoga session the morning of Thanksgiving to help make room for eating all day long.

 Paradise..

I took the Go Pro out and took a bunch of photo's from the water of my dad ripping on the boogie board.  This was the best one!  Way to shred Dad.

Sun a rising and a setting....

Per usual, the sunrises and sunsets in Carpinteria were nothing short of amazing.  We love it here so damn much!

Chels and the bump looking awesome.

You gotta be tough if you are going to get up with the sunrise.

Baby Shower time!

This weekend we had the first baby shower with a bunch of family and friends from near and far and it was a blast! My mom and Trev's mom both made the trip as well as friends from Tahoe and Salt Lake...nothing like a little party to make a girl feel special! : )

We decorated some onesies with a monster theme...

Heather and Hannah displaying the goods

My friend Mindy's daughter, Sarah, showing off her artwork.

Jess, showing her support for Team Robinson!

Linda finding a little poopy humor on the diapers that everyone wrote on : )

Brandy and the girls trying to guess which baby is which...that was a hard one.

And monster sandwiches, masterly crafted by Hannah the Great

The crew!

And winter is here! When not partying baby-style, we took Liz and my mom on a little chilly walk with a view.

Winter wonderland has arrived! (I love it!)

Our #1 baby, Stevie, trying on some of the new baby gifts for himself.
He said he might borrow this little bear hat in the winter to keep his ears warm.

And he definitely approves of the penguin snuggly suit!

Amazing

Chels, doubling as a pregnant model.  Seriously the most beautiful pregnant woman out there!  I love you soon to be Mom.
