Yes Dash, yes you are!  This nugget of goodness turned a year and a half old yesterday.  Pure love.

Just cruisin....

 One of the days last weekend we just set off up the Gros Venture with no real agenda other than to go see some country I hadn't seen in a while, and for Chels and Dash, to see some new country.

 It felt great to get away from all the madness that has been the busy season this summer in JH.

Single Track Love

 Can't believe it is the middle of August and today was the first time I have been up to Horsetail in the Gros Ventures to ride moto.  Hmmmmmm....., well, much, much better late than never.

 The last few Friday mornings have been devoted to a lot of time in the saddle, super cold mornings, sunrises, and going over 100 miles.  

This Friday's installment was a good one, despite the temps in the low 30's to start off the morning.  

Felt like I had another 50 plus in me at this point, but......, needed to spend the afternoon in the office catching up.

 Tuesday Night Rides have been so stellar this summer.  Best I have seen in years.  Solid, solid crews, kick ass weather, beautiful vistas, etc.  It is always something I look forward to every week.  

This weeks installment was no exception.  

Only bummer is that the day seem to be getting noticeably shorter which coming back to town last night was painfully obvious.

It rained!  And then rained some more!  Yes, good for the Earth, and loved by lil kids everywhere for puddles.  I don't think we had measure moisture since the end of June.  

I got back from a bike ride with Dash and when we left the blanket was on his lap.  Guess he figured out on his own accord a neck warmer.
