Green thumb......

I am most certainly not......., however, I am trying!  It is tough going around these parts with funky water, really hungry deer, and chizzlers that love nothing more than to come under and destroy crops.  That said, we have raspberries, strawberries, tomatoes, and rhubarb all in the ground as of a few days ago.  

Out the back door....

 For fathers day we literally backpacked out our back door, up and over a few ridges, and boom.  Found this gem.  To say we are lucky would be an absolute understatement!  

Dash was so fired up on sleeping in the tent.  

 Dash carried his own backpack and was very proud of himself for carrying his own water and his "jammies."

Projects

 The weekends seem to be consumed in the best kind of way with projects around the house these days.    

Yesterday Dash and I built a new fire pit.

TNR

 The TNR crew went north of town this week up to Jenny Lake and back.  Damn it was a good one. 

Sheridan wrap

 Post wedding we took the long way home and turned a 7 hour drive into an 11 hour drive and took as many side stops and breaks as possible to really soak in all that is Big Wonderful Wyoming.

Finding grass on the property and moving into other places that better suit our needs I like.  Free landscaping.  We have found they will survive the move, but essentially go dormant for the first year, then come back strong.

Gone fishing

 Never ceased to be amazed at all the awesome stuff this valley puts on for free for kids!  The take your kid fishing extravaganza this past weekend was awesome.  Well attended, free food, free fishing rods for the kids, interactive learning stations, etc.  Super cool.  

Work Wanderings

Much love for this lil town in Hot Springs County that I am lucky enough to spend a night in every month for work.  I sure do dig it.  

It took a while, but...

We finally took the time and had the weather to get up Chelsea's X was present!  A yoga trapeze.  Needless to say, both she and Dash are stoked!
