Spooky...

Given safety concerns, this is about as much as we did for Halloween this year.  Dash celebrated a school one day, and we carved pumpkins at home.

First...

We got out last weekend for the first sled mission of the winter.  THe roads were rugged getting up there and it was below zero, but man was it awesome to be back on the sled.

Town to Hoback is in the midst of a six year highway project.  It has been so fun to watch it take shape over the years.  Dash is way into it.  

 

Last one...

Friday of last week was undoubtedly the last outdoor ride of 2020.  Bitter sweet!

Not good

 Ziggy, our little guy on the right, might just have a broken leg.  Poor guy.  He followed his bigger brother Taco up a too tall tree and really jacked it up jumping down.  It is now the size of a small log.  We are going to take him in Monday to have it looked at.

Unforeseen...

HOme ownership is hard!  Of all the things we didnt expect to have to spend money on..., getting rid of bats ranked pretty high.  Ugh.  Had some bat specialists both getting them out and then shoring up entrance points.  I guess our long standing wishes of getting a camper trailer will have to patiently keep waiting.  

 

So darn good....

Ahhh, an empty GTNP last weekend felt so good.  GTNP shattered all entrance records this summer and through September.  It felt oppressively busy quite honestly.  Just took a 35 degree October day and in and out blizzard to return it to some sort of normalcy.  

This guys just grows by the day!  

Glad I didnt fall.  Water was chilly.

Truth be told.....anytime that it is 75 degrees in October in Jackson, WY...., no complaints here!  We had a great kayak up in GTNP last weekend.
