Dash and Chels had themselves a great day riding mountain bikes today.

 

Projects

It rained a 1/2" this morning so, we decided to work on the garage.  Big clean out happened!  

ANd new shelves.

Also tinkered with the raft to get it all set up the way I want it.  
 

Week/weekend

The boys...., playing golf this past weekend.  

Its looked like this a lot this August, which is awesome.

No camp this week so.,.....Dash has gotten to hang with Dylyan 2x.  YEsterday they went on a mtb ride.

And Monday they had a mean game of pickleball.

 

Weekend blitz...

First weekend home in well over two months.  Feels good to relax a bit.  Dash got to go to his bud Grahm's bday party over at Rexburg Rapids yesterday.  Quite the day for him!

Dash gets to celebrate his 1/2 bday in life being our kid!  This is what his August 17th looked like!

 We have been big raft raft-less for way too many years now.  I sold them years ago, same with the drift boat, and never replaced.  Well, I found the replacement!  Yahoo.  Picking it up Monday.

Had an awesome time camping last weekend with Ben and riding moto.

History Camp

 There are many kid's camp options in the summer, but you have to act fast. We decided we would try something new and sign Dash up for History Camp with the Jackson Hole Historical Society and he ended up having a great time! It was a smaller group and the objective was for the kids to write their own stories by the end of the week. They had excursions to the local book store, an art gallery, and had a local author come to talk to them and by the end of the week, Dash had written an 11-page story he titled "The Bison and the Native Americans"! Here are some pics from the week in camp.

Rena's dear friend Suzy was in town for work when she was here, so....., we had ourselves a great time.  Dash was all about having both ladies here at the house with us.  

Been an interesting mix of camps this summer for Dash.  This week was History camp.
