 Pretty amazing sunrise this morning at the bus stop dropping off this little dude.

Almost impossible to believe but....., the park road, which has been closed for a month now, is still free of snow for the first couple of miles.  

 

It is a keeper.

In all the years getting X mas trees, this was only the second that we didnt get one via snowmobile.  Reason being, well, there is almost no snow, and...., my new sled hasnt arrived yet. 

We still had a total blast getting our tree last weekend via nordic skis.

Pretty mellow Thanksgiving here.  Another year of not traveling to see fam in warmer locales.  All good though.  Nice hike up the King.  

 

Getaway

The fam came on a work trip with me last weekend over to Thermop and Cody.  It was unreal.  Middle of November and 65 degrees.  

We were able to hike right from our hotel in Thermop which was super rad.

Ohh hell yes.  Dash got his first shot a couple of weeks ago.  He and we are totally pumped.  

Finding ways to safely hang with buds the last two years has not been easy!  Dash got to hang with his home Dylan a couple of weeks ago.

One of the best parts of moto trips are hanging by the fire with buds bs'n.

One afternoon we went on an exploratory adventure bike ride.  Saw some new country and some bitchin sights.  

 

As good as it gets...

Took some time away from all things civilization and did the yearly trip down south to go ride moto with buds.  What a bitching trip.  Had perfect weather and a great crew.  

My bud and I were the only tent campers.  

Everyone else was in the lap of luxury in their campers.  

Just as we like it.  Temps in the 60's and no other humans for miles and miles.  

We got a little bit of rain the day we arrived which made for very little dust and hero dirt.

 The prep for the annual down south trip has begun.

Taking advantage of some days this week that reached the mid 50's!  Felt so darn good.
