Tinkering with TOI on the mind

The "STD" crew got together last night and did some tinkering to the bikes to get them  ready for the 1,500 Utah to British Columbia voyage.  I drained my radiator fluid and flushed it out.

Check out the 5.5 gallon tank on the "Orangsickle" for the 200 mile plus runs between gas stations.

 

 Also put on a heat shield on my exhaust pipe to keep my saddle bags from melting on the pipe which can get close to 1,000 degrees!

The license plate seems to continually take the biggest beating in the rowdy singletracks.  I threw three nylon bolts on er to try and get it all the way to Canada and keep things legal.
