So good, it was hard coming back.

Sunset #1, first night in San Diego, and, well, every night there after for 10 nights straight we got to witness amazing sunsets.  The annual pilgrimage to So Cal to visit family and eat turkey was every bit as good this year as in years past.  Amazing weather, family, surf, golf, etc.

Up close selfie with me, my mom, Grannie De, and Chels.  We always go to San Diego the weekend before Thanksgiving to spend it with my rocking 92 year old grandma, "Grannie De."  She is the best and devotee of the blog.  Love you so much Grannie De!

A true woman of the times.  Grannie De having an ice cold Moscow Mule at dinner.

You might only see these types of signs at retirement center pools!

 Love you ladies.

 Rooftop randomness, downtown LA.

Chels, in the hood of downtown LA, doing her best not to get shot.

After San Diego, it was up the coast we went to what is increasingly becoming one of our favorite places anywhere on this big ol Earth, Carpinteria, CA.  It is the best!

Sunset SUP'er session.
