We just got back from Hawaii today, and it was amazing. A bit of a shock to the system being back in winter from the tropics, but it was good to see ol man winter again. The day we left we had the right window with flights, daycare, and an open window to go skiing together for a couple of runs pre getting on the flight. It was super cool to ski in the morning, and then be in Hawaii in shorts and sandals by the evening.
No more than a bit over an hour later, off we went.
