No, we are not in the Himmalaya. However, my good bud Ben Jones is.....! He sent me these shots a few days ago. Ben and his clients have started the long journey to Everest base camp.
Ben along with most of the others on Everest will be looking to summit sometime in May. Just the walk to base camp looks spectacular. 
Shots like these make us want to hit the traveling circuit once again!
We are lucky enough here in Jackson to have the biggest, baddest mountains in the lower 48 states right out our back door, but wow, from the looks of it, the Tetons are mere foothills compared to these monsters!The huge, aesthetic looking mountain in the shot above is Ama Dablam, one of only 14 peaks in the world above 8,000meters!
This is the town of Khumjung.
