That you dream about and make you feel so, so lucky to call this amazing place home! There is truly nowhere else like it! We had the lake literally all to ourselves last weekend on an epic kayak mission. Fall is such a great time up in the park to get away from the tourists. All we saw and heard all afternoon were elk bugling.
Chels and Dash, enough said.
70 degrees, glassy water, and fresh snow in the hills. Perfection.
Dash totally crushed it and only tried to jump out of the kayak a couple of times.
Turns out a sled deck is also a very worthy kayak hauler too.
