A perfect combination of a really wet spring, a fairly mild summer, and decreased irrigation needs all are going to combine for a September Smith River trip next week. Flows on the river are at historic high's for this time of year, it would be criminal not to go up there and spend a few days! It has been 13 years since I last went up there anytime past July!
